About this project:
Water from a spring at the foot of the bill Sassobello near the city of Gabii was carried by this aquaduct to Campus Martius between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. It suppled 120,000 to 320,000 cubic meters of water per day. This well preserved segment of the aqueduct remains today.
