About this project:
A significant new park for Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona features thousands of plants and trees arranged with artfully and playfully designed columns, seating, water features, plazas, large trellised structures, promenades and play areas. A concrete wall encloses the two primary portions of this park with circular windows in the wall to attract passersby. The lighting, bike racks, gates and every park detail have been thoughtfully designed in a consistent style that still surprises and amuses with every turn in the path. The park was designed to conserve water through an elaborate drip irrigation system.
