About this project:
"A Gathering of Different Lights" was the architects guiding concept for the design of this chapel. Each interior space is treated with spectrum of bouncing light that illuminates in multicolors, hues and intensity to produce, as the architect describes, "seven bottles of light in a stone box." Each bottle cooresponds to a focal aspect of Catholic worship. The exterior of the building features numerous skylights, a bell tower and a reflecting pond.
