About this project:
Once the site of an island of substandard housing this church was constructed as a way to revitalize the area and provide spiritual and physical benefits for residents of the neighborhood. Its modern design features a glass wall that illuminates the interior with natural light. The proportions and decorations are extremely simple conducive to meditation and prayer.
