All sales are final. Defective slides or digital media will be immediately replaced. Orders are accepted through purchase orders, email or faxes from colleges, universities, govt. agencies or non-profits. Pre-payment by credit card is encouraged for all customers, but required of individuals.
35mm slides and high resolution digital images are shipped via United States Postal Service or by FEDEX. Additional charges apply to FEDEX delivery. Normal delivery time in the US and Canada is 15 working days for 35mm slides and five days for CDs. Overseas delivery requires additional time, depending on location. Small digital files may be downloaded immediately and 18MB uncompressed TIFF files by prior arrangement. 30 day payment terms are required for qualified educational institutions.
